MyMuse Jack Pro Guide: Fit, Lube, Cleaning and Care

Jack Pro is a 3.5-inch open-ended stroker made of stretchy, body-safe TPE. There is no motor and nothing to charge. Stretch it on the first use, add water-based lube inside, and stroke. Afterwards turn it inside out, wash with warm water and soap, and dry it completely before it goes back in the pouch. Never silicone or oil lube.

MyMuse Jack Pro open-ended stroker in Brushed Suede

What is Jack Pro, and what is it made of?

A sleeve, open at both ends, textured on the inside. The product page puts it less politely: it "is squishy, super-stretchy and ready to wrap around you and not let go until you are weak in the knees". The open end is deliberate. MyMuse says it keeps things "mess-free and easy to clean" and leaves room for a partner to be involved.

The material is body-safe TPE, short for thermoplastic elastomer, free from BPA, latex, lead and phthalates. MyMuse calls it "a super stretchable, body-safe TPE" that "adjusts to provide a comfortable and snug fit, accommodating users of all sizes". TPE is not silicone, and that runs through the rest of this page: softer, less dense, fussy about lube, and it needs a proper dry. Anything describing Jack Pro as silicone, platinum-grade or medical-grade has it wrong.

How do I use Jack Pro for the first time?

  1. Wash it before you use it. Warm water and soap, same routine as afterwards.
  2. Stretch it out. MyMuse's first-use note: if it feels tight, stretch it to fit. One buyer wrote that it "Was a little tight when I first tried it, but stretched out nicely after a couple uses".
  3. Lube the inside, generously. Water-based, into the sleeve or onto yourself, reapplied when the glide fades.
  4. Stroke the way you like. No settings, no patterns. Grip, angle and speed are the only variables.
  5. Warm it first if you want. A reviewer suggests dipping it in warm water for a more lifelike feel.
  6. Clean it straight after. Inside out, warm water and soap, then dry it fully.

The one thing 54 reviews agree on

Lube is not optional with a TPE sleeve, and buyers say so bluntly. "You have to use it with lube, otherwise it is just not comfortable. I tried it without and it was a mistake," reads one five-star review. A four-star one is shorter: "you have to use with lube compulsory". The 54 published Loox reviews average 4.70, with two three-star ratings and nothing below. The lukewarm notes are about how it feels; the raves nearly all mention the clean-up.

No motor, no charging, no learning curve

Brushed Suede, 3.5 inches, open at both ends. Plain cardboard box, nothing on the outside.

Which lubricant is safe with TPE?

Water-based, and only water-based. MyMuse is direct on the product page: use a water-based lubricant such as Glide, and "Avoid silicone or oil-based lubricants, as they can damage the product." That is a materials rule, not a preference.

The NHS sexual health service in Oxfordshire describes the same chemistry from the other side: "Silicone, and some oil, based lubes should not be used with silicone or realistic-feel toys as they can degrade the material over time" (Sexual Health Oxfordshire). A soft TPE sleeve is the realistic-feel case they mean. MyMuse's own water-based bottle is Glide, ₹699, broken down ingredient by ingredient in the Glide guide.

How do I clean and dry Jack Pro?

MyMuse's instruction, in its own words: "Invert the men's stroker, so that it is inside out and simply washing with warm water and soap. We recommend washing Jack Pro before and after each use. While storing, make sure it is dry and clean. Don't use any alcohol, gasoline or acetone cleaners." Petrol is the Indian word for that middle one, and the point holds: solvents destroy TPE.

  1. Turn it inside out. This is the advantage of an open-ended sleeve, so use it.
  2. Wash with warm water and mild soap. The CDC backs that method for everyday hygiene: "Cleaning alone removes most harmful viruses or bacteria from surfaces."
  3. Rinse until the soap is gone. Residue left inside is what irritates skin next time.
  4. Pat it dry, then leave it inverted to air-dry. Hang or stand it so air reaches the inside.
  5. Only then back in the travel pouch. Dry and clean is the storage condition.

That last step carries weight. The US EPA notes that no mould grows "without water or moisture", and that damp materials dried within 24 to 48 hours usually grow none. A sleeve folded into a pouch while damp is a small warm box with water in it. In a Mumbai monsoon, give it longer than you think it needs.

Why is there a mark inside my Jack Pro?

Because of how it is made, and it is normal. Support answers this one often enough to have a standard reply: the mark is "part of the manufacturing process where the material is injected into the mould", it can look like a small rip, and it does not affect the product.

A tear is a different thing. Run a finger along the inside after a wash, and if you find a real split, stop using it. Brook gives the general rule: "Check for scratches or tears regularly as these can harbour germs."

Why has my Jack Pro gone sticky?

Humidity, or a wash that never fully dried. Support's own explanation is that a sticky surface "might have reacted to humidity or improper drying", and the fix is gentle: wipe it with a clean, damp cloth and let it air dry completely. No solvent, no scrubbing, no heat.

If stickiness keeps returning, the drying routine is usually the culprit. Give it longer, in open air, inside out, somewhere with a breeze.

Will Jack Pro fit me?

It stretches a long way, and it is 3.5 inches tall. MyMuse is honest about what that means: Jack Pro "is designed to cover more of your shaft", fits in the hand, is ultra-lightweight, and "may or may not cover the length of the shaft, depending on your body". No inner diameter is published, so the stretch is what to judge it by, and the first-use stretch genuinely changes the fit.

If 3.5 inches is short for you, Grip at ₹1,299 is the closed-end sibling at 5.4 inches. For vibration rather than length, Edge at ₹2,999 is the powered one. The three-way comparison sets them side by side.

Can my partner and I share one Jack Pro?

The open end is what makes partnered play possible, and MyMuse says so on the product page. Sharing the same sleeve between people is a different question. Brook's guidance is to put a condom on anything shared, change it each time it moves to a different person, and wash it between uses either way. Simpler still: buy two. One verified couple did exactly that.

Who is Jack Pro for, and who should skip it?

Jack Pro is for you if

  • You want the softest, stretchiest option with no motor anywhere near it.
  • Clean-up is your sticking point. Inside out, under the tap, done.
  • It is your first stroker and you want to spend least to find out what you think.
  • A partner might be holding it. The open end is built for that.

Skip it if

  • You will not use lube every time. Two reviewers tried that and regretted it.
  • You want length. At 3.5 inches it may not cover you, which MyMuse states plainly.
  • You want silicone durability. TPE is softer and will not outlast a silicone device.
  • You expect silence. One review notes "it does make a slight sound while stroking" from the open-ended design.
  • You want intensity over feel. Two three-star reviews call it average.

When should I write to MyMuse support about Jack Pro?

Worth an email

A real split or tear, a sleeve that turned up damaged, or stickiness that survives a proper dry. Photograph damage inside 24 hours of delivery. Unopened returns close at 48 hours from receipt. The desk reads mail at support@mymuse.in between 10 AM and 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, and answers inside 24 to 48 hours. No chat widget exists on the site.

Key takeaways

  • Body-safe TPE, not silicone. Every care rule here follows from that.
  • Water-based lube only, every time. Silicone and oil damage the material.
  • Wash inside out with warm water and soap, before and after use. No alcohol, petrol or acetone.
  • Dry it completely before it goes in the pouch; damp storage is what makes TPE sticky.
  • A mark inside is a moulding mark and is normal. A real tear means stop using it.

Frequently asked questions about Jack Pro

Can I use the MyMuse Jack Pro without lube?
MyMuse strongly recommends using the Jack Pro with a water-based lubricant to reduce friction and discomfort, and reviewers who skipped it say the same. Silicone and oil-based lubricants are the ones to avoid, because they can damage the TPE.
Why is there a mark inside my MyMuse Jack Pro?
That mark comes from the manufacturing process, where the material is injected into the mould. MyMuse support confirms it is normal on the Jack Pro, that it can look like a small rip, and that it does not affect the product.
Why has my MyMuse Jack Pro gone sticky?
A sticky surface on the Jack Pro usually means it reacted to humidity or was put away before it had dried. MyMuse support's fix is to wipe it with a clean, damp cloth and let it air dry completely, then store it only once it is fully dry.
Is the MyMuse Jack Pro made of silicone?
No. The MyMuse Jack Pro is made of body-safe TPE, a thermoplastic elastomer free from BPA, latex, lead and phthalates. Any description of it as silicone, platinum-grade or medical-grade is wrong, and the lube and cleaning rules differ from silicone.
