Why can’t I track my order yet?
The tracking link may take some time to become active. If your order has been dispatched but you're unable to track it, please check back in 24 hours, and your tracking link should be live by then!
How long does delivery usually take?
We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery usually happens within 5-7 days after shipment, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. We do our best to reduce delivery times where possible, and follow up on each order periodically.
Will all my packages come separately?
We do our best to ship all your items together, so that it’s convenient and environmentally friendly too. But sometimes certain products aren’t immediately available, in which case we may send them separately. We’ll be sure to keep you posted on all the details of your shipment.
