Discontinued MyMuse Products: Cables, Warranty, Support

Pop, Mini, Palm, Melt, Beat, Jack, Throb, Loop and Link are no longer sold on mymuse.in. Owning one still gets you a cable, a warranty claim counted from your delivery date, and an answer from support. Below: each model's charging setup, its claim position, and the nearest product MyMuse sells today.

Which MyMuse products are no longer sold?

Nine of them. Four lost their product pages a while back, which is why an old bookmark now lands on a grid of everything else, or on nothing at all. The other five left a URL behind in search results, and that stray URL is half the reason this page exists.

Two things worth clearing up before the detail. Loop+, Link+ and Jack Pro are current products with their own pages, so a similar name does not mean the same device in your drawer. And none of what follows is a nudge to go hunting for an old unit somewhere else. This page is written for people who already own one.

Which charging cable does my old MyMuse massager use?

Support keeps two of them. The line it sends out several times a week is plain enough: "We have two different types of charging cable available, please ensure that you select the one compatible with your massager." One version is labelled for Edge, the other for every other massager, and both sit at ₹242 on the charging cable page.

On the older rechargeable models the design is a thin metal pin that goes into a small round socket. Support's own instructions say to push the pin all the way in, which is the step most owners miss. The light blinks while charging and stops when it is done, and a cable that only works at a certain angle is a cable, not a dead device.

Adaptor choice matters more than the cable does. Use a 1 to 1.5 Amp source: a laptop USB port, or a phone charger of that rating. Anything faster is the single thing support tells owners to keep away from, and at least one reviewer traced a second unit's battery trouble back to exactly that mistake.

Lost the cable, not the massager

Two versions on one page: one for Edge, one for everything else. Email support first if you cannot tell which yours takes.

Can I still claim warranty on a product MyMuse no longer sells?

You can, and the rule does not soften because a model left the catalogue. Cover runs on electronic devices, counted from the day your order reached you, and the remedy is a replacement of the same product rather than money back. The warranty and returns guide carries the window and the full claim path. What sits below is the part that only bites once the product itself has gone.

Where you stand What happens Written where
Inside the window, same unit can be sent Replacement of the same product. The replacement keeps your original warranty date. Warranty page and support's claim replies
Inside the window, same unit cannot be sent A gift card for the order value instead. Swapping to a different product is not offered. Shipping and returns page
Past the window No repair, no replacement. Support may offer a gift card towards a next purchase, though nothing obliges one. Support's out-of-warranty replies
Bought on Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon or Nykaa Same two remedies, invoice mandatory, and a cash refund is never one of them. Shipping and returns page

That second row is the one most owners reading this will land on, and no other MyMuse page writes it down. Whichever row you are in, the claim pack is identical: a video of the fault, a video of your charging attempt, and the MMSHOP order ID from your confirmation email or the marketplace invoice. One detail catches people out on the charging video. A massager will not run while it is plugged in, so do not try to switch it on halfway through. The 48-hour unopened return window is a separate thing and will never cover a unit you have been using for months.

What does MyMuse sell now that is closest to mine?

"Nearest current product" below means the closest shape and use. It is not an upgrade, and it is not what a warranty claim gets you. Prices pull from the store as the page loads, so the numbers are today's.

Model Cable Nearest current product
Pop Rechargeable, cable type not confirmed Pulse, ₹1,799
Mini Pin into the round socket below the power button Pulse, ₹1,799
Palm Pin into the round socket, pushed fully home Pulse, ₹1,799
Melt None, these were candles Glow Relaxing, ₹499
Beat Rechargeable, type not confirmed. Normal adaptor or laptop, never a fast charger Edge, ₹2,999
Jack None, no motor inside Jack Pro, ₹1,125
Throb Rechargeable, cable type not confirmed Not confirmed yet, email support
Loop Pin into the round socket Loop+, ₹2,199

Every one of those is an electronic device except the candles and the non-electric sleeve, so the claim path above applies unchanged. Newer is not automatically better, by the way. An owner who had used both wrote, of the stroker pair: "I have used edge and beat. The beat feels better than edge. Product's vibrations are good and satisfying." Keep that in mind before replacing something that still works.

It blinks but will not switch on. What now?

Run the dull fixes first, in this order: a different 1 to 1.5 Amp source such as a laptop port, the pin pushed properly home, and a far longer charge than feels reasonable. An owner of one of the bullet-sized models described the symptom precisely: "the light blinks but even after over 2 hours of being on charge, the product wouldn't start."

There is a reason behind that, and it is chemistry rather than build quality. A lithium cell left flat for months can slip into what Battery University calls sleep mode, and a pack held below its minimum voltage for any length of time may never wake. The same page recommends storing a device at roughly 40 percent charge rather than empty, and its note on prolonging lithium batteries is to top up between uses instead of draining to zero. Use yours twice a year? Charge it anyway, every few months.

If none of that revives it and you are past the window, the honest answer is that no repair route exists. Write to support with the order ID and say what you have already tried.

Is an older massager still safe to use?

Look at the surface before you look at anything else. Brook's guidance is to check for scratches or tears regularly, since those can harbour germs. A unit that has split, peeled or turned tacky should be retired, not scrubbed harder. Lubricant is the other culprit: NHS sexual health guidance in Oxfordshire notes that silicone and some oil based lubes degrade silicone and realistic-feel materials over time, which explains most sticky sleeves. Water based lube only, on anything of this age.

Water ratings do not loosen with age either. The bullet-sized model is water resistant but should not sit submerged for longer than a minute, per support's cleaning note. The vibrating stroker comes apart: lift the bullet out, wash the cover with mild soap and water, keep the bullet dry. The non-electric sleeve turns inside out, which is how owners get it properly clean and dry. More material detail sits in the cleaning and storage guide.

Who do I contact about a product MyMuse no longer sells?

Email support@mymuse.in. The desk runs Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM IST, and a reply lands inside 24 to 48 hours. There is no live chat on the site and no published phone or WhatsApp number, so email carrying your MMSHOP order ID is the quickest route in. Suspect the cable rather than the massager? Support has shipped replacement cables off the back of a short video showing the fault, so film it before you write.

Key takeaways

  • One cable, two versions: one for Edge, one for every other massager. Support asks you to pick the matching one.
  • Charge from a 1 to 1.5 Amp source, laptop port included, and keep fast chargers well away.
  • Inside the window the remedy is the same product; where that is impossible, a gift card for the order value. Past it, support may offer a gift card but owes nothing.
  • Split, peeling or sticky surface? Retire it. Water based lube only.

Frequently asked questions

Can I still buy a MyMuse Pop, Mini, Palm or Melt?

No. Pop, Mini, Palm and Melt are no longer sold on mymuse.in and no longer have product pages there. If you own one, the charging, warranty and care notes on this page still apply, and the table above pairs each with the closest MyMuse product on sale today.

Which charging cable fits a MyMuse massager that is no longer sold?

MyMuse sells one charging cable in two versions, one for Edge and one for every other massager, and support asks owners to pick the version that matches their unit. The older rechargeable models take a thin pin pushed fully into a small round socket. Which version fits which retired model is not published model by model, so email support@mymuse.in before buying if you are unsure.

Does the MyMuse warranty still apply to a product that is no longer sold?

Yes. MyMuse warranty cover sits on electronic devices and is counted from the date your order was delivered, whatever happened to that model afterwards. Inside the window you get a replacement of the same product, or a gift card for the order value where the same unit cannot be sent. The MyMuse warranty and returns guide has the window and the claim steps.

My old MyMuse massager will not charge. Can I get it repaired?

MyMuse does not run a repair service. Inside the warranty window a faulty MyMuse massager is replaced rather than repaired; past it there is no repair and no replacement, though support sometimes offers a gift card towards a next purchase. Before you write in, try a 1 to 1.5 Amp charging source and a known-good cable.
