- Add personal jelly to the inside of the Beat, or directly to the desired body part (Only use water-based jellies)
- Place Beat around the desired body part, and gently begin moving the way you like, applying pressure from your grip
- Press the power button to turn on the vibration, and explore 10 different intensities and patterns
- Wash with soap and water before & after use

- Add a generous amount of lube onto Loop, and/or onto your body. *Use a water-based lube only, like Glide*
- Stretch and slide the ring around the shaft. Face the textured surface downwards to stimulate yourself, and upwards to rest on your partner's sweet spot.
- Turn Loop on with the power button and explore the various intensities.
Note: The ring should feel snug, but should not cause any pain or discomfort. Remove immediately if you experience pain, numbness, or unusual colouring.
Do not wear Loop for more than 30 minutes at a time.
