- A light will come on, and Pop will begin to vibrate at intensity 1. To move to the next intensity, short-press the power button once.
- Run the flexible head across your body externally, in a way that feels good to you.
- Once done, just long press the power button to turn Pop off.
- Turn It On: Hold the power button for 3 seconds to switch Flick on.
- Get Going: Press the power button again to start the flicking motion.
  Gently press Flick against your desired body part to feel the silicone tongue in action.
- Turn It Up: Press the power button to increase the intensity.
  Once you’ve cycled through all speeds, it’ll return to speed 1.
- Turn Off: Hold the power button for 3 seconds to switch it off.

Love it, just wish the head wasn't so bendable
The vibrations are great! It's only the head part being so movable that gets a bit annoying. Wish it was a bit more stiff rather than so bendable
