Stretch it Out: On the first use, if Jack feels a bit tight, just stretch it out to fit perfectly.
Lube It Up: Jack must always be used with lube. Add lube to the inside of the massager, and/or directly onto the desired body part. *Use water-based lubes only. Reapply as necessary.*

Is Jack only for men?
Jack is not gender-restricted and can be used by everyone, though it’s been designed especially for those with penises. You can use it however you like. Use it with a partner, use it on a partner or use it alone - it works just as well!
Can I use Jack with lube?
Jack should always be used with a water-based lubricant of your choice (like Glide), to minimise any friction or chafing. Avoid using silicone or oil-based lubricants as it can damage the product. Reapply more lube as necessary during use, as water-based lubes can dry out faster.
How big is Jack? Does it cover the entire shaft?
Jack is super compact, sizing up at 2.32 x 2.32 inches. It's designed to fit in your hand and is ultra-lightweight. It may or may not cover the length of the shaft, depending on your body– however, it doesn’t need to. You can use the stroker up and down the length of your member, in the same way you use your hand.
How do I clean and store Jack?
Jack was designed to be easy to clean, with its open-ended design. Invert Jack, so that it is inside out and simply wash with warm water and soap (use an antibacterial soap like Dettol). We recommend washing the device before and after each use. Don’t use any alcohol, gasoline or acetone cleaners. Make sure Jack is dry and clean, and store in its PVC pouch to reduce exposure to dust and bacteria.
