- To turn Groove on/off, simply press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- Press the power button once, to cycle through the 10 speeds and build up intensity.
- Use the handle for easy exploration, and run the curved tip against your erogenous zones internally or externally.

- Press and hold the power button for three seconds to turn Flick on. Press the power button again to start the flicking.
- Gently press Flick against the desired body part to feel the silicone tongue in action.
- To move up an intensity, press the power button. After moving through all the speeds, it will automatically go back to speed 1.

- Use the (+) (-) buttons ro explore its 10 vibration speeds.
- Hold Breeze against the desired body part to create a gentle seal and feel its unique sucking sensations. We recommend Breeze for external use only.

- Slowly insert the smaller end of the C shape, and rest the other end on your external sweet spot.
- Turn on the massager by long pressing the power button.
- Control the vibes with the remote. Get exploring!
