- For easy and comfortable usage, use a generous amount of a water-based lube, like Glide.
- Slowly insert the smaller end of the C shape, and rest the other end on your external sweet spot.
- Turn on both the massager and the remote controller, by pressing the power button on the massager.
- Control the vibes with the remote. Get exploring!

- To turn Groove on/off, simply press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- Press the power button once, to cycle through the 10 speeds and build up intensity.
- Use the handle for easy exploration, and run the curved tip against your erogenous zones internally or externally.

- Pump a little Glide Jelly onto your palm and apply to the desired body part, or pump directly from the bottle.
- Use Glide water-based lubricant to enhance your solo or partnered intimate sessions, reduce friction, and keep things smooth.
