PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE MYMUSE REFERRAL PROGRAM

- Self-referrals are not allowed. Trying to game the system or fake referrals will get you permanently banned from our referral program. Don't cheat, in life or in bed :)

- We reserve the right to change the terms of service for our referral program at any time.

- The referral count is dynamic because we go through both automated and manual review processes to check the authenticity of the referred emails. We hold the final say on which referrals are counted.

- We reserve the right to disqualify referrals & rewards earned through fraudulent, illegal, or abusive methods.

- Office/university emails won't be accepted in the referral programs

- You may not use our referral program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

What is a successful referral?

In order for a referral to count, the person you’ve referred must be a new subscriber to MyMuse. The email must belong to a real person that will be engaged with the MyMuse community.

If one of my referral signs up, when and how do I get my reward?

We go through a combination of automated & manual approval processes for all referrals. If you qualify for a reward, your referrals will be reviewed. Once your referrals are approved, you will receive an email from us notifying you with more details to claim your reward.

How do I know how many of my referrals have signed up?

Once you’ve signed up for our referral program, you will be able to see how many referrals have signed up through your link on the referral hub page.

When would I get my reward? How do I claim my reward?

- You'll receive an email with all the details and a unique discount coupon within 3-5 business days (but usually sooner) of your referrals being confirmed. Kindly keep an eye out on your inbox/spam/promotions tab.

- Using this discount code, you can place an order on the MyMuse website to claim your reward. The coupon code will be valid only on the product(s) you win. The code is valid for one-time use for one single unit and cannot be combined with any other offer.

What happens when a referral is rejected?

If your referral is deemed fradulent (for any reason whatsoever), it will not count toward your total referrals. For instance, if you had 3 referrals and one of them is rejected by our team, your referral count would go down to 2 and you would need to refer another person to be eligible for a reward.

What happens when a referral immediately unsubscribes from the newsletter?

If your referral unsubscribes from our newsletter within a short amount of time, it will not count toward your total referrals. For instance, if you had 6 referrals and one of them unsubscribes after a few days, your referral count would go down to 5.
