Shipping Terms
At MyMuse, we offer FREE express shipping on all prepaid orders!
We know you want your MyMuse products as soon as possible, so we offer 24hr and 3hr shipping for select pin codes at an additional cost! We also offer COD and gift wrapping services at a minor additional cost. If you would like extra discreet, expedited delivery, or have any other special requests please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accomodate your request.
Once your order has been picked up by our 3rd party delivery partners, you will receive a WhatsApp/email. You can always track your order using your order number, WhatsApp us at +91 88792 12357 or reach out to support@mymuse.in for more help.
Shipping Timelines
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible. In most cases it takes:
- 24 business hours for order preparation (for prepaid orders)
- 1-3 business days for order delivery to major metro cities
- 5-7 business days for non-metro cities
- 3 hour delivery option for specific pin codes
- 24 hour delivery option for specific pin codes
This may be differ based on your pincode, and can be impacted by external delays. We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier, depending on your location. Metro cities usually take less time, while remote locations may take longer. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Shipping Policy
- We take great care in packing your orders to ensure they reach you safely. In the rare event your order arrives in a tampered or damaged state, please send us photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us promptly address the issue and coordinate with our courier partners for appropriate resolution.
- Instances of missing items or tampering are extremely rare. However, if you suspect any tampering, kindly take a video before opening your package and contact our support team at support@mymuse.in immediately. If you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery but have not received the parcel, please inform our team within 24 hours for assistance.
- MyMuse uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share the approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to the support team to find out more.
- All orders placed before 1PM are dispatched on the same working day (excluding holidays and Sundays). In a case where you want to request a cancellation, please reach out to support@mymuse.in to request for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after they are dispatched from the warehouse. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non- acceptance and return shipping charges will be charged before refunding.
Return Policy
We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen. Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.
Return Process
To initiate a return, Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process and arrange a free pickup of your order. Returns are typically received and inspected within 7-10 business days. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping or gift wrapping charges) or a store credit voucher in the form of Gift Cards, valid for future purchases. COD order refunds require bank details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement, provided your order hasn't shipped. If your order ships before it can be cancelled, you can initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened.
Important Notes:
- Once a refund is initiated, it takes 7-10 business days to be credited to your account.
- If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, self-shipment may be requested.
- Returns may be refused if items are used, opened, or damaged (unless you received them in damaged condition).
100 Days warranty for massagers
We offer a 100-day warranty on all our electronic devices, starting from the date of purchase, covering any defects or malfunctions. For extended warranty options, please scan the QR code included with your order or contact us at support@mymuse.in.
- If your product experiences an issue within the warranty period, please visit our website to raise a return request. Kindly upload a video showcasing the malfunction and a photo of the charging adaptor used.
- For assistance with products beyond the warranty period, please reach out to us at support@mymuse.in for further guidance.
- Once we have received and checked your product malfunction video, we will arrange for a pickup and process a replacement.
- In rare cases where returns are not serviceable by our courier partners, we may request you to self-ship the product to our designated address.
- Once the faulty device is collected, a replacement will be dispatched to your address promptly.
Important Notes:
- Replacements or gift cards will be issued in the case of malfunctions.
- Exchanges for different products are not available. Replacements are limited to a new unit of the same product.
