Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy
At MyMuse, standard shipping is on us! We use a third party vendor to deliver our orders. Your orders are hand packed and shipped in a discreet brown box with a shipping label and no branding on it. If you would like extra discreet or expedited delivery, please feel free to reach out to us. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you should receive a text. You can always track your order using your order number, but sometimes the status takes time to update.
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible cause we know what it's like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, it takes:
1-2 days for order fulfillment
5-7 days for order delivery
We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier than the 5-7 day period, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. We do our best to reduce delivery times where possible, and follow up on each order periodically.
We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen.
Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We are able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
i) Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge - contact us here within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
ii) Unopened & Unused: If you wish to return an unopened / unused product, contact us here within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with.
Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or video. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs (Rs.50 for initial shipment and Rs.100 for return shipment and processing).
If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll be happy to help you.
Late / unacceptable returns and exchanges
If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt, your item may not be eligible for return/refund. The return will be denied or rejected if the product is found used or opened, or the seal has been tampered with.
Cancelations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement, provided your order hasn't shipped. If your order ships before it can be canceled, you're welcome to initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened.
What do I get when I return a product?
You will either get a refund amount (less shipping costs) back to the original payment method you used or a gift card in the form of store credit. You can specify which you would prefer.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your returned item has been received at our MyMuse fulfillment center, it will be checked by our quality team. If the return is approved, we will let you know (via email). Please allow up to 15 days from the day we approve a returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times.
