Getting Started

  1. Charge your massager fully before first use.
  2. Turn on the massager by long-pressing the power button until you feel a haptic pulse and see the light blinking — this indicates the device is in pairing mode.
  3. Bring the massager close to your phone to ensure easy detection.
  4. Open the MyMuse Sync app on your phone.
  5. Allow Bluetooth permissions when prompted by the app.
  6. Tap "Connect Massager" in the app to initiate pairing. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete.
  7. Once Connected, you will see a message saying, “Massager found! We’ve found your MyMuse massager.” Then you're all set to play.

If it Doesn’t Connect
  1. Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is on.
  2. Make sure the massager is fully charged.
  3. Keep the massager within 1–2 feet of your phone.
  4. For Android: Try manually pairing through Bluetooth Settings - look for “MM Massager” to connect.
Using Live Control

Use Live Control to control your massager in real-time, adjusting it to your exact preferences.

How It Works:

  • Use the Touchpad: Move the yellow cursor up/down using your finger on the trackpad to adjust vibration intensity instantly.

Activate Special Modes:

  • Loop Mode: Repeats the last motion for uninterrupted pleasure. To activate, tap “Loop,” draw your pattern on the touchpad, and release. The pattern will replay on a loop for seamless, hands-free pleasure.
  • Float Mode: Locks the vibration at your desired intensity for a steady sensation. To activate, tap “Float”, and move the cursor to your desired intensity. The vibration will stay locked at that level.

Preset Vibration Patterns

Explore and control 10 preset vibration patterns designed to enhance your pleasure:

  1. Tap any pattern to start.
  2. You’ll see a visual animation of the rhythm.
  3. Patterns will play on loop until you stop or switch.

Custom Patterns

Create and save custom vibration patterns tailored to your desires:

  1. Tap “Add+” to create a new pattern.
  2. Use the touchpad to draw your ideal rhythm.
  3. Save your custom pattern, name it, and play it back whenever you want.

TIP: Custom patterns must be at least 5 seconds long.

Long Distance Control

Share the Pleasure, No Matter the Distance

With Long Distance Control, you and your partner can take turns controlling the massager, no matter how far apart you are. Both users need to have the MyMuse Sync app installed and be logged in with separate accounts.

A. Share Control (for the massager owner)

  1. Connect your massager to the app.
  2. Go to Long Distance > Share Control.
  3. Tap to generate a 6-digit code.
  4. Send the code to your partner.
  5. Wait for them to join and take control.

B. Take Control (for the partner)

  1. Download and log into the MyMuse Sync app.
  2. Go to Long Distance > Take Control.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code shared by your partner.
  4. Once connected, take full control of your partner’s massager.

Session Time Limit: Each session lasts up to 120 min.

Your Privacy Is Our Priority

  1. Your account is protected with secure login: All accounts are protected through Auth0, an industry-standard authentication system used by companies worldwide to keep your data safe.
  2. No one can control your massager but you (or someone you choose): Your massager connects to your phone via Bluetooth only — not the internet. That means no one can hack in or take control without your permission.
  3. Long Distance sessions are encrypted and temporary: Your partner can only connect with your permission, using a unique 6-digit code. Sessions are fully encrypted and expire automatically after 2 hours.
  4. Data Encryption: Your data is always protected. Everything is encrypted—both when it's stored and when it's being sent—using industry-standard security (AES-256 and TLS 1.2+).
  5. You’re in control of your data: You can delete your account—and all associated data—at any time from the Profile > My Account section.

  1. Which MyMuse massagers are app-enabled? 
    Currently, only Dive+, the app-enabled version of our internal massager, Dive, is available. Keep an eye out–more MyMuse massagers will be app-enabled soon, expanding your options for ultimate control and pleasure.
  2. What phones or operating systems are supported? 
    The app works on iPhones running iOS 14.0 or higher and Android phones running Android 8.0 or higher. The app is designed for smartphones and will not work on tablets, iPads or laptops.

  4. How do I know if my massager is fully charged? 
    When your massager is fully charged, the blinking light will stop and turn steady. It should take around 1.5 hours to fully charge. 
  5. Can I use multiple massagers with the app? 
    No, you can only use one MyMuse massager with the app at a time. 
  6. Can I connect my MyMuse massager to multiple phones?
    No, the device can only be paired with one phone at a time. To connect it to another phone, first unpair it from the current phone. 
  7. Can I change the massager’s name in my phone’s settings? 
    No, you cannot rename your MyMuse massager in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
  8. Can I use the massager without the app?
    Yes. Your MyMuse massager can work without the app using its built-in preset patterns. Just press the power button to cycle through the default vibration modes.
  9. Does the app work without internet? 
    Yes, for solo use (Live Control and My Patterns), you don’t need internet — just Bluetooth. Internet connection is only required for Long-Distance sessions.
  10. How do I disconnect my massager from the app? 
    On the Home screen, tap on “Connect Massager”, then use the toggle switch to disconnect. A confirmation message will appear, and the device will be disconnected. 
  11. How do I delete my massager from the app?
    iOS:
    Go to the “Connect Massager” section on your MyMuse App, and swipe left on “MM Massager” to delete that massager. 
    Android: Go to your phone settings and unpair the ‘MM Massager’ to delete the connection off the MyMuse Sync app.
  12. Do I need to keep the app open during use? 
    No, you can switch the app to background mode if you like. In case your massager goes off, reopen the app to let it recalibrate and it should resume normal functionality.
  13. What happens if I receive a call or notification while using the app? 
    The app is designed to run in the background while allowing other apps to function. However, if a call pauses the session, you can simply switch back to the app, and it will resume normal functionality.
  14. Is it safe if my massager gets warm during use? 
    Yes, it’s normal for the massager to feel slightly warm during use, especially with higher intensities or longer sessions. If it ever feels hot or uncomfortable, stop use and allow it to cool before continuing.
  15. Do my partner and I both need an app account for long distance? 
    Yes, both you and your partner need to have separate app accounts on different devices to use Long-Distance Control.
  16. Can I use the same code every time for Long-Distance Control? No, every session has a unique code, which is valid for 30 minutes. Once it expires, you will need to generate a new code for a new session.
  17. Can I end a Long-Distance session early? 
    Yes, either members of the session can end it by clicking the *x* on the top-right corner of the screen.
  18. Can I use Long-Distance Control with multiple people? 
    No, only one partner can join a Long-Distance session at a time. If another person tries to join with the same code, they will see an error message.
  19. Does my partner need to have a MyMuse massager to control my massager? 
    No, your partner only needs the MyMuse app to control your massager remotely.
  20. What data does the app collect? 
    MyMuse Sync collects only the necessary data for device functionality and app performance, including connection and usage data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
  21. Can I delete my account and data permanently? 
    Yes, go to Profile > My Account > Delete Account to delete your account.
  22. Can I report a bug or issue directly through the app? 
    Yes, go to Profile > Help > Feedback and let us know what issues you are facing.
Troubleshooting
  1. Why isn’t my massager connecting? 
    iOS:
    Make sure your massager is fully charged. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that you have allowed permissions from your app. Try bringing the massager close to your phone and keep the app open during pairing. If issues persist, go to the App store, re-install the MyMuse App and try connecting again.
    Android: Make sure your massager is fully charged.   2. Why does my massager keep disconnecting?
    If your massager keeps disconnecting, make sure it’s fully charged and within 10 meters of your phone. Keep the MyMuse Sync app open and your screen unlocked during use, as switching apps or locking your phone can interrupt the Bluetooth connection.
  3. Why is my massager still vibrating even after I’ve ended the session?
    Make sure to go back to the homescreen of the app before exiting. If the issue persists, press the power button on your massager to stop it manually.
  4. What happens if my session ends abruptly during Long-Distance Control?
    If there is a network or Bluetooth issue, you can rejoin the session using the same code as long as it’s still valid. Otherwise, the person with the massager will need to generate a new code.
