You can use a silicone-compatible cleaning agent, or simply wash with warm water and soap. We recommend washing your massager before and after each use. While storing, make sure Groove is dry and clean. Don’t use any alcohol, gasoline or acetone cleaners.

Can I use Groove with lube?

We recommend using Groove with a water-based lubricant of your choice (like Glide). Avoid using silicone or oil-based lubricants as it can damage the product.

What is Groove made of? Can it harm my body?

Groove is made of body-safe, pthalate-free, 100% medical grade silicone. That’s a fancy way of saying it’s totally non-toxic, and safe to use even in your more sensitive regions, both internally and externally.

Can Groove be used internally?

Yes! Groove is designed as an internal and external massager. It’s safe to use across the body, and can be inserted. Get creative, and explore all your erogenous zones. Your body is a wonderland, after all.

How often should I charge Groove?

We recommend charging the device fully before its first use. Most people find that a full charge will last multiple uses, but it's always good practice to charge after every few uses (it takes 1 hour for a full charge), for optimal performance and lifespan. Avoid using fast charging adaptors and over-charging Groove to prevent battery damage.

I put the charging cable in but my product won't charge. Help!

Sometimes it can take a little jiggling to get the induction required to charge, as it needs to go through the silicone. Try removing and re-inserting the pointed end of the charger. When re-inserting, go slowly and wait for the white light to turn on, indicating it is charging.

Is Groove only for women?

Groove is not gender-restricted and can be used by all people, though it’s been designed especially for those with vulvas. Anybody can use Groove solo or with a partner, to explore erogenous zones across the body.
