Groove: To turn Groove on/off, simply press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Press the power button once, to cycle through the 10 speeds and build up intensity.
Pulse: To turn Pulse on/off, press and hold the bottom button for 3 seconds. To switch between speeds, press the power button once.
Breeze: Turn on Breeze and move between its 10 speeds by clicking (+) or (-). Hold Breeze against the desired body part to create a gentle seal and feel its unique sucking sensations.
Palm: Turn on Palm and explore its 10 vibration speeds. Use the pointed end for focused pressure, or rub Palm slowly along the body for a gentle build up using its curved edges.
